The annual period to make changes to your health benefits is November 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
Active employees: To make changes to your PSC-CUNY Welfare Fund prescription drug, dental, hearing or vision benefits, or your New York City medical benefits, contact your campus HR office.
Retirees: To make changes to your PSC-CUNY Welfare Fund benefits, please email at communications@psccunywf.org or call 212-354-5230. To make changes to your supplemental medical benefits, contact the city’s Office of Labor Relations’ retiree client service line at (212) 513-0470.
